Fresh coffee and Homemade Cakes

The Coffee Shop provides the perfect opportunity for village folk to meet in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Parking is possible in the Village Hall car park at no cost.

To help keep us all safer from the spread of Covid-19 we’ve made a few changes:

  • There’s a hand sanitiser dispenser on the way in.
  • Tables will be further apart with fewer seats at each.
  • Payment will be by a donation/honesty box system (all items are £1 or £1.50).
  • There’ll be socially distanced queuing at the counter and, to help protect the people serving, you will be asked to wear your mask.
  • Windows will be open to let the fresh air in.

We’re still using the old entrance at the back of the building until all work is finished on the new entrance.

Let’s protect one another – Don’t forget your mask!

Started in 2011, it is run by volunteers who prepare tea, coffee and a variety of cakes. The profits provide one source of revenue for the Village Hall, which serves as the village’s largest multi-purpose venue. The hall is privately owned and run by its Board of Trustees.
