The next Parish Council Meeting is to be held on Thu 20 June 2019 commencing at 7.30pm. The main documents are as follows:
- Agenda: Annual Parish Council Meeting 20 June 2019
- Draft minutes Parish Council Meeting dated 16 May 2019
Other documents to be reviewed during the meeting for approval/ decision are shown below: None yet available
Other documents for information only: Confirmed minutes of the Data Protection Committee meeting held on 13 May 2019
Attendance and Involvement: Members of the public and the press are welcome to attend to witness your council in action. At an early part of each meeting, the Chair opens the meeting to the visiting public for input. This means there is no fixed agenda for this part. Points raised will be noted and if matters can be resolved there and then, all the better. For more significant matters, i.e. ones that may require further research and possibly a formal decision, it is unlikely that the Parish Council can or will deal with them at that time.
How to make your voice heard: All members of the community are reminded that they are represented by the Parish Councillors so if they want the Parish Council to deal with a matter in a more structured way, then a more formal approach is advised. One option to ‘make your voice heard’ is to liaise with one of the Parish Councillors well before the a meeting, to request that an appropriate agenda item is included for the next meeting.
Other than this open phase of the meeting, the public are not expected to intervene unless the Chair specifically asks for input or grants permission for an individual to speak.
