Due to COVID-19 we have temporarily stopped all medication collections from Melton Constable Surgery. This is designed to protect staff and patients.

Your mediation will now be delivered direct to your house by a local network of volunteers.

Please continue to order your prescriptions in the usual way, keeping Melton as your collection point.

We will  be in touch as soon as we can re-open Melton Surgery for collections again.
