Village Hall Jazz Evening: Saturday 14th October 2017
There is going to be an evening of musical excellence in the form of virtuoso saxophonist ‘Roscoe’ with Phil Brooke’s “Art of the Trio”. They are well known local musicians and this promises to be evening of wonderful melodies from the American Song Book and Latin America.
Roscoe is a fine, lyrical saxophonist, a favourite regular on the region’s jazz scene, treating the audience to an evening of melodic jazz, swing and Latin favourites. He will be accompianed by the superlative fretwork of Phil Brooke on guitar and his ‘Art of the Trio’ensemble, featuring the distinguished talents of Ivars Galenieks (bass) and Ivan Garford (piano).
The Concert is on Sat 14th. Oct 2017 at Hindolveston Village Hall. Doors open and licenced bar from 7.00pm for 7.30pm start.
