Reporting a Problem with the Roads including Potholes

The Highways office of the Norfolk County Council (NCC) advise that the best way to report a problem is via the Roads and Transport section of the NCC website, the click on ‘Report a problem’. If you would like to track the status of your report you will need to create a customer account if you have not already registered or sign in to your existing customer account before reporting.

Registering is straight forward but not absolutely necessary to report a problem. The advantage of registering is that you can return to the website later to track its progress.

Norfolk Trusted Trader

Norfolk Trusted Trader is a directory of service providers in various trade sectors, including home maintenance and improvement, and personal care services. The scheme is operated by Norfolk County Council (NCC) Trading Standards service in partnership with Referenceline. For more details visit the NCC website.

Listed businesses have agreed to comply with strict standards and undergo a series of background checks as part of the accreditation process. They are also assessed by their own customers, through a survey system operated by Referenceline, helping other consumers make a more informed, and more confident, choice of trader.

Caveat: it should be noted that reference to services, traders and places to stay is provided for information only and does not imply an endorsement or recommendation by the Hindolveston Parish Council nor the Norfolk Association of Local Councils. These bodies will not accept responsibility for any short comings related to the services provided.
The list was compiled by the website manager and was last updated on 11 January 2024. For suggestions and amendments please contact [email protected].
