Village Hall

The village hall is owned by a charitable trust and run and maintained by the Trustees. It is a former primary school which was closed in 1984. It now serves as a focal point for the village for a number of different activities. It is located in the middle of the village on the junction of The Street and Melton Road – NR20 5DD. Notice: Village Hall Fund Raising – Hindol Tea Towels

Hindolveston resident Izzi Rainey has kindly designed a fabulous tea towel to help raise funds for the village hall.  Izzi and her business partner Lara are regular contributors to the Crafts in Action Christmas Market.  The tea towel costs £8.95 and is available to buy from the Friday Bar and Monday Coffee Shop at the village hall or by emailing [email protected]. To view the design of the tea towel, click here.

It is an exclusive design for Hindolveston, telling the story of our village life in pictures.  When Izzi is famous  they will be collectors items!  It’s also very good quality, 100% cotton with it’s own hook to hang up. Funds raised will go towards the new Village Hall extension.

Hindol Bar Nights:

From the 1st July 2022 the Village Hall Friday Bar will be open on the first Friday of each month from 6.30pm to 10.30pm.  Run by the Village Hall Committee with the all volunteer bar staff having been recruited within the village. It is a great place for a relaxing drink and a chance to meet up with friends and neighbours at the end of the week.
