A planning application (PO/18/1436) that was submitted to NNDC in August 2018 – an extract of the website post is shown below. The Hindolveston Parish Council recommended that it should not be approved at that time. This decision was taken by the PAG off-line. The application was refused by the NNDC but the outcome of the application was appealed. This has now been reviewed by The Planning Inspectorate who has now granted planning permission, subject to certain conditions. The relevant documentation is found below:

Please note that the North Norfolk District Council (NNDC) published the following planning application PO/18/1436 dated 29 August 2018.
Outline application for the erection of 2no. dwellings (All Matters Reserved) at The Mill House, Foulsham Road, Hindolveston, Dereham, NR20 5BY
This application will be reviewed by the Parish Council Planning Advisory Group (PAG) off line prior to the next Parish Council meeting. The deadline for comments to the NNDC is 19 September 2018.
